Job Descriptions
We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (English Speaking) – Hybrid Working.In this position, you will act as a key point of contact for our international clients, delivering professional support and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills in English, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and a commitment to service excellence. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, providing flexibility while maintaining collaboration within a dynamic and supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for opening accounts processing. • Assisting clients worldwide through live support (Facebook, Line official, Etc.) • Supporting clients with technical and troubleshooting issues. • Responsible for communication and coordination with different departments. • Preparing a proper document including translating documentations. • Other tasks as assign.
Qualifications
  1. Fluent in English and Thai language.
  2. Chinese language ability is a plus.
  3. Work 5 days a week. (Willing to work on weekends)
  4. Willing to work in shifts.
  5. Possess good computer skills and typing proficiency Have a service mind.
  6. Have experience in the financial industry is advantageous.
  7. Preferably under 35 years old.
