Job Descriptions
• ส่งoffboard/onboard ทั้งภายในและลูกค้า • ตรวจสอบ incident • จัดการ Event, Alert และ Incident ตามกรอบ ITIL • ตรวจสอบ False alarm ของ Solarwinds, Sitescope, pagerduty, Summit, Splunk • ทำเอกสาร Support ทีม IT ทำ Report/ Present สื่อสารดีๆ • มีการสื่อสารประสานงาน และ การทำงานร่วมกับทีมอื่นๆ ได้ดี • รายงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. • จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาสารสนเทศหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. • มีประสบการณ์ มา 3 ปี ทางด้าน Process Banking, Service request, Server มา
  3. • มีความรู้ความเข้าใจทางด้าน Incident
  4. • Knowledge มีความเข้าใจระบบ คอมพิวเตอร์ server และ network
  5. • มีความสามารถ ใช้ email O365 หรือ email tool อื่นๆ ก็ได้ และสามารถ ใช้ Microsoft word, Power Point, Excel ในการนำเสนอได้คล่อง
  6. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันได้
  7. มี Service Mind และทัศนคติที่ดี
  8. สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษพอได้ ไม่เน้นแกรมม่า
