Production Assistant Manager แผนก Spinning 1 คน แผนก Backing (PP) 1 คน แผนก Felt 1 คน รายละเอียดงาน: ・ชี้แนะแนวทางและเป้าหมายของบริษัทให้พนักงานฝ่ายผลิตได้เข้าใจเพื่อ พัฒนาพนักงานให้สามารถทำงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมายได้ ・มีความเป็นผู้นำ และมีความสามารถในการจัดการด้านกำลังคน ・สามารถวางแผนการทำงาน/แผนการเดินเครื่อง และกำหนดแผนงานที่ใช้ในการผลิตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ・อบรมให้ความรู้แก่พนักงานให้มีความคืบหน้าในการทำงานที่ดีมากยิ่งขึ้น ・ควบคุมสินค้าและการใช้วัตถุดิบ ・ดูแลด้านเครื่องมือ เครื่องจักร และอาคารของแผนกได้ ・รักษากฎระเบียบของบริษัท เงื่อนไขแรงงาน รวมไปถึงข้อบังคับต่างๆ และช่วยอบรมให้พนักงานสามารถทำตามระเบียบดังกล่าวได้ ・สามารถส่งเอกสารหรือรายงานที่สำคัญได้ทันตามกำหนด ・ปรับปรุงแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องเพื่อให้ยอดผลิตบรรลุเป้าหมาย ・มีทักษะที่ดีในด้านการสื่อสารกับพนักงาน ・ให้ความสำคัญกับแนวคิด HoRenSo (รายงาน ประสานงาน และปรึกษา)
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการจัดการอุตสาหกรรม อุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอ หรือสาขาใดก็ได้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการด้านการผลิต
  3. หากมีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการทำเส้นใยและสิ่งทอ จะพิจารณาพิเศษ
  4. อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี ขึ้นไป
