Job Descriptions

1. Identifies training needs and training gaps in the organization in close cooperation with the HR Business Partners and line managers 2. Provides input to the Training Strategy and the development of specific training development plans 3. Optimizes the training portfolio as specialized targeted courses are offered to managers and employees Prepares training manuals and training offers for employees and managers 5. Plans training courses and sessions and manages and monitors the assigned training budget 6. Manages the portfolio of contracts with external vendors and introduces changes to the Standard Terms and Conditions 7. Cooperates with the external training vendors and delivers tailored training programs and courses 8. Oversees the quality of delivered training sessions by external vendors 9. Builds the internal network of internal trainers and organizes the regular Train the Trainer sessions 10. Monitors the best practice in the training area and introduces it in the organization 11. Evaluates the quality of training courses and implements improvements 12. Cooperates with the Career Development Specialists to design programs for high potentials and future leaders

Qualifications

Male or Female
AGE: 30-45 years
Bachelors' degree
5-10 years' experience of HRD especially training function
Have experience of working manufacturing factory.
Have Knowledge for ISO 9001/ 14001
Have Knowledge to control under Labor Law to do report and contact between Governor (department of skill development)
Experience of preparing DSD documents to the government sector and making sure it follows the procedure
Make sure the training session and document are following audit procedure
Have Knowledge about KPI/ MOB etc. an evaluation system
Have Knowledge about IDPS SYSTEM (Individual Training Program)
Have Experience in setting up JD and Competency
Able to communicate in English (Advance Communication-mid)
