Job Descriptions
1.Core system operation and maintenance: Responsible for the expense reimbursement, sales, procurement, production planning and material planning modules in the ERP system, the APS production planning module, the WMS warehouse module and the MES manufacturing module; ensure the efficient and coordinated operation of each module, meet the business process requirements of the Thailand project, and enhance the overall operational efficiency. 2.System operation guarantee and exception handling: Daily system inspection, timely resolution of system abnormal issues at the user's site 3.System training and knowledge empowerment: Based on the user needs in Thailand and the system's functional characteristics, conduct system training for users. 4.Demand communication and collaborative advancement: Collect and organize the new system requirements proposed by users, conduct preliminary analysis and evaluation of the requirements, and form a detailed requirement report. Work with the headquarters to formulate solutions, and track the progress of requirement development, promptly inform users of the processing progress, and promote the effective implementation of new requirements in the system.
Qualifications
  1. Proficient in ERP, APS, WMS and MES systems, capable of effectively utilizing the system functions to optimize business processes and accurately analyze data.
  2. A thorough understanding of the business processes from order to delivery, from procurement to payment, and from manufacturing to cost control not only requires solid theoretical knowledge but also extensive practical experience. One should be able to flexibly handle and solve the complex problems encountered in the actual operation of each module.
  3. More than 3 years of experience in supply chain systems
  4. Be familiar with the usage of each module of ERP, APS, WMS and MES, as well as the standard business processes.
  5. Proficient in all module business processes, capable of conducting system tests, and able to provide training and knowledge dissemination to the business departments.
  6. Proficient in English communication, with knowledge of Thai and Chinese preferred;
  7. Proficient in all module business processes, capable of conducting system tests, and able to provide training and knowledge dissemination to the business departments.
  8. Have the ability to operate databases and query views
  9. Have the ability to generate functional documentation and produce reports
