Job Descriptions
•บันทึกบัญชีค่าใช้จ่ายประจำเดือน
•จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่าย กรณีจ่ายชำระเจ้าหนี้ในประเทศ / เจ้าหนี้ต่าง
ประเทศ และค่าใช้จ่ายในการนำเข้า-ส่งออก
•แจ้งอีเมลกับคู่ค้า กรณีโอนชำระค่าสินค้ากรณีซื้อสินค้าจากต่าง
ประเทศ
•บันทึกสินทรัพย์ถาวร / คิดค่าเสื่อมราคา และตัดจำหน่าย ในระบบ
•เปิดใบขอซื้ออุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้สำนักงาน
•จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงินด้านสินทรัพย์ทั้งหมด
•การติดต่อสื่อสารกับแผนกอื่นๆ อย่างมีประสิทธิผล
•งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย - หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ป.ว.ส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี (สาขาบัญชี / การเงิน)
- มีความใส่ใจในรายละเอียด ทำงานได้ถูกต้องแม่นยำ และมีความกระตือรือร้น
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม SAP Business One จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานวันจันทร์ - เสาร์ได้ (สามารถเดินทางไป-กลับ เองได้)
