Job Descriptions
1. จัดเตรียมระเบียบวาระการประชุม เอกสารประกอบการประชุม และจัดส่งให้กรรมการพร้อมหนังสือนัดประชุมกรรมการ 2. จัดทำและเก็บรักษาเอกสารต่างๆ ของบริษัท ได้แก่ ทะเบียนกรรมการ หนังสือนัดประชุม รายงานการประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัท และผู้ถือหุ้น รายงานประจำปีของบริษัท เป็นต้น 3. ตรวจสอบให้บริษัทปฏิบัติตาม พ.ร.บ.บริษัทมหาชน, พ.ร.บ.หลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ และข้อกำหนดจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เช่น กลต. และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ) 4. ยื่นรายงานประจำปี รายงานการเปลี่ยนแปลงกรรมการ ทุนจดทะเบียน ฯลฯ ต่อกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า 5. ประสานงานระหว่างคณะกรรมการ ผู้ถือหุ้น ผู้บริหาร และหน่วยงานภายนอก ดูแลการเปิดเผยข้อมูลของบริษัท
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขานิติศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ บัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีความรู้ในกฎหมายธุรกิจ กฎหมายหลักทรัพย์ และตลาดทุน
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในงานเลขานุการบริษัทหรืองานกฎหมายอย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี (ตามระดับของบริษัท)
  4. หากจบหลักสูตร Company Secretary Program หรือ Director Accreditation Program (IOD) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
