Job Descriptions
• ให้คำแนะนำและตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับสินค้า
• จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ใบเสนอราคา
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของคำสั่งซื้อและข้อมูลลูกค้าให้ครบถ้วน
• ติดตามและประสานงาน แจ้งสถานะคำสั่งซื้อ หรือระยะเวลาการจัดส่งให้กับลูกค้า
• สรุปยอดขายและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อวางแผนในการสร้างยอดขาย
Qualifications
- เพศ: หญิง
- อายุ: 27 -45 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา: ปวส.-ป.ตรี สาขา บริหารธุรกิจ, การตลาด, การจัดการ, หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานประสานงานฝ่ายขาย, งานธุรการขาย หรือการดูแลลูกค้าอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Word , Excel ได้ หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบ CRM มาจะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
