Job Descriptions
•ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการจัดทำบัญชีทั่วไปของบริษัทให้เป็นไปตามหลักการบัญชีที่รับรองทั่วไป •ดูแลการบันทึกบัญชีรายรับ-รายจ่ายจากโครงการติดตั้งและงานบริการหลังการขาย •ควบคุมและตรวจสอบต้นทุนโครงการ ระบบสินค้าคงคลัง และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานติดตั้ง •ปิดงบการเงินรายเดือน/รายปี พร้อมจัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเสนอผู้บริหาร •ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชี และฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในองค์กร เช่น ฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายโครงการ ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฯลฯ •ให้คำแนะนำและพัฒนาทีมบัญชีให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ •งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีหรือผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์งานด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างาน/ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  3. มีความเข้าใจระบบต้นทุนโครงการ และระบบบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจบริการหรืองานติดตั้ง
  4. มีความรู้ด้านภาษีอากรและมาตรฐานบัญชีอย่างดี
  5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี และ Excel ได้ในระดับดีมาก
  6. หากมีประสบการณ์กับธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานโครงการ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. มีทักษะในการบริหารทีม และการสื่อสารที่ดี
