Job Descriptions
1. Control the machine in production line to be efficient and engineering principles. 2. Design / Improve and develop production processes, tools and increase efficiency of machine in production line. 3. Prepare summary report of raw material usage, factory supply, production output and waste in production process and report to production manager. 4. Analyze production process abnormalities not meet KPIs and prepare suggesting solutions to production manager. 5. Support production process information to plant engineers to create Specification Sheet and Data Sheet. 6. Prepare plan for checking important spare parts of machine and prepare spare parts for use and prepare machine maintenance plan. 7. Manage the use of machine to achieve maximum efficiency. 8. Monitor production processes in order to analyze machine performance and evaluate energy efficiency. 9. Coordinate with relevant section to support smooth operation. 10. Follow up IATF 16949/ISO 45001. 11.. Must have control and encourage the subordinate to follow the rules, procedure and management safety, Occupational health and the environment.
Qualifications
  1. Age between 25 - 27 years old.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer, Production Engineer, Industrial Engineer or related fields
  3. Working experience in Die casting at least 2-3 years.
  4. Skills in using Toshiba High Pressure Die Casting machine will be special consideration.
  5. Able to read and write drawings, design production processes by using computer programs.
  6. Good communication, management and problem solving skills.
  7. Good command in English language, TOEIC score 450 up.
  8. Have experience or knowledge in IATF 16949/ISO 9001 will be advantage.
  9. Able to use Microsoft office.
  10. Be diligent, patient, and able to work under pressure.
