Job Descriptions•Ensure smooth operation on day-to-day basis, be a ACCPAC owner “Payment, GL and Financial Reporting”
•Oversee full accounting functions: AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, accruals, adjustments, and reconciliations
•Manage cash flow and monitor weekly payments, billing, AR/AP aging
•Handle tax compliance and submissions (CIT, VAT, WHT, stamp duty etc.) and liaise with the Revenue Department
•Supervise, coach, and support accounting team; address performance-related issues
•To oversee the day-to-day operational matters, manage and control procure to pay process, ensure completeness of expense and promptly payment (included petty cash)
•To be responsible for the AP function, oversee all treasury function, mainly payments and ensure that compliance matters are duly completed.
•Voice out any issues or problems with root cause analysis and corrective action on a timely basis
•Collaborate on ERP development and ensure full utilization
•Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning; ensure departmental targets are met
•Drive process improvement, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives
•Coordinate with auditors, government officers, customers, and vendors for compliance ensure compliance with business and tax legislation
•Support internal and external audits and client audit requests
•Work with external advisors (tax, legal, accounting) and company secretary on corporate matters
•Work with company secretary about corporate affairs.
•Perform ad-hoc finance and administration tasks as assigned.
