Job Descriptions
• สามารถออกแบบ เขียนแบบ วางผังโครงการ(Master Plan) การวางแปลนบ้านผังจัดสรร ระบบสาธารณูปโภค (civil and system) และแบบสำหรับยื่นขออนุญาตให้ถูกต้อง • พัฒนาและบริหารจัดการงานออกแบบงานผังโครงการแนวราบ • ประสานงานภายในและภายนอกองค์กรให้สำเร็จลุล่วงไปได้ด้วยดีภายใต้ระยะเวลาที่กำหนด • เป็นที่ปรึกษาและผู้ประสานงานหลักในส่วนงานผังจัดสรร กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง • สามารถแนะนำและแก้ไขปัญหาของงาน ในหน้าที่รับผิดชอบด้วยความเป็นมืออาชีพ • สามารถดำเนินงานในส่วนอื่นๆ เพิ่มเติม ตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ หรือ สาขาวิชาภูมิสถาปัตยกรรม
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในการวางแผนและออกแบบผังโครงการ แนวราบ 5 ปีขึ้นไป โดยเฉพาะในบริษัทอสังหาริมทรัพย์
  3. มีความเชี่ยวชาญในโปรแกรม AutoCAD, 3D
  4. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายผังเมือง กฎหมายจัดสรร และรายละเอียดข้อกำหนดพื้นฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการออกแบบ
  5. มีทัศนคติที่ดี มีทักษะการสื่อสารและ การทำงานเป็นทีม
  6. มีความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและตรงตามกำหนดเวลา
  7. มีทักษะในการจัดการ จัดเก็บข้อมูล
