Job Descriptions
- ให้ข้อมูลสินค้าและบริการแก่ลูกค้าแชท หรือช่องทางออนไลน์อื่นๆ อย่างมืออาชีพ
- รับเรื่องร้องเรียน/ปัญหาจากลูกค้า และประสานงานภายในเพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไข
- ติดตามผลให้ลูกค้าได้รับคำตอบหรือการแก้ไขปัญหาภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานกับทีมขาย, ทีมจัดส่ง, ฝ่ายคลังสินค้า และทีมช่าง/ซ่อม เพื่อให้การบริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เช่น บริหารธุรกิจ, การตลาด, นิเทศศาสตร์ หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี (ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน)
- มีความอดทน อัธยาศัยดี และใจเย็นในการรับฟังลูกค้า
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน (เช่น Google Sheet, Line OA)
- ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ด้านการให้บริการลูกค้าหรือ Call Center จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
