Responsibilities 1.Strategic Planning & Development oAnalyze market trends, industry dynamics, and consumer behavior to develop short-term and long-term business strategies. oDefine the strategic direction of the company to align with overall business objectives. oPropose strategic initiatives to enhance the company’s competitive position. 2.Strategic Project Management oOversee and manage strategic projects to drive business growth and efficiency. oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution aligns with company goals and budget. oMonitor and evaluate project performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. 3.Business Analysis & Performance Improvement oConduct business analysis and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities. oEvaluate external factors such as economic conditions, technological advancements, and consumer trends that may impact the business. oProvide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize business performance. 4.Innovation & Business Transformation oIdentify and implement new technologies or business models to drive innovation within the organization. oCollaborate with internal teams to design and execute business transformation initiatives. oDevelop and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness. 5.Leadership & Stakeholder Management oGuide and mentor the strategy team to enhance their skills and strategic thinking capabilities. oPresent strategic recommendations to senior executives and support high-level decision-making. oWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of business strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or corporate planning (Café Business)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.
Experience managing large-scale projects and working with senior executives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) tools and data analysis software.
Ability to adapt to change and drive innovation within the organization.
