Job Descriptions
1. เปิด PO ตามใบเสนอราคา และตรวจสอบรายละเอียดใบ PO ให้ถูกต้อง 2. ตรวจสอบสถานะ PO ว่าผ่านการอนุมัติจากผู้บริหารหรือไม่ หากเกิดปัญหาให้รีบแจ้งหัวหน้าเพื่อทำการแก้ไข 3. ส่งหลักฐานการชำระเงินให้กับทาง Supplier เพื่อยืนยันการสั่งสินค้า 4. เมื่อได้รับสินค้าให้ตรวจเช็ค Invoice เพื่อความถูกต้อง 5. ทำรีพอตประจำเดือนส่งสรุปให้กับทางหัวหน้างาน 6. หา Supplier รายใหม่ ที่เป็นที่ต้องการของตลาด 7. ประสานงานกับทาง PM เมื่อ Supplier ส่งสินค้าตัวอย่างหรือได้รับสินค้าพิเศษจาก Supplier รวมทั้งควบคุมดูแลสินค้าให้อยู่ในสภาพดีจนครบระยะเวลาส่งคืนสินค้า 8. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชี และ Supplier เมื่อต้องมีการเรียกเก็บเงิน 9. หากมีสินค้าใหม่ต้องส่งรายละเอียดของสินค้าให้กับคลังสินค้าทราบเพื่อออก SKU 10. งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

  1. เพศ : หญิง / ชาย
  2. อายุ : 24-35 ปี
  3. จบปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีความรู้เเละความเข้าใจในงานจัดซื้อ
  5. มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
