Job Descriptions
ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารการขายรถยนต์ อะไหล่ และบริการก่อนออกใบแจ้งหนี้
ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice) และใบเสร็จรับเงินให้กับลูกค้า
บันทึกรายการบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรายได้และลูกหนี้ในระบบบัญชี
ติดตามยอดค้างชำระจากลูกค้าและประสานงานเพื่อให้มีการชำระเงินตามกำหนด
กระทบยอดบัญชีลูกหนี้ประจำเดือน และจัดทำรายงานสรุปลูกหนี้คงค้าง
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชีหรือการเงิน
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชี 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี และ Excel ได้ดี
