Job Descriptions
1. Assist customers with their inquiries
2. Coordinate, follow up shipment status with overseas branches, overseas agents and customers
3. Coordinate with carriers, airlines, and relevant authorities
4. Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any fields
- Experience 0-1 Year, newly graduated are welcome
- Male or Female, LGBTQ is preferred
- Good command of English
- Computer skills in MS Office, Powerpoint
- Team Player and adaptability
