Job Descriptions

- Financial Operations : Overseeing and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all finance tasks, providing support to the finance manager. - Intercompany and Cash Management : Managing intercompany accounts and handling petty cash transactions. - Tax Compliance : Preparing overseas payments, submitting related taxes (PP.36, PND. 54) and issuing tax certifications in English. - Financial Analysis (Payment and Performance Monitoring) : Reviewing payment transactions, tracking customer payment performance, and generating relevant reports. - Financial Closing and Auditing : Supporting the accounting team in monthly and yearly financial closing and collaborating with external Thai. - Additional Duties : Performing other tasks as assigned by the line manager. - Financial Reporting : Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulatory requirements. - Accounts Payable and Receivable : Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor/customer payments, and collections, to optimize cash flow and ensure timely payments/receipts. - Budgeting and Forecasting : Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and realistic budgets and forecasts, and providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making. - Tax Compliance : Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements, collaborating with tax professionals to prepare and file tax returns, and addressing any tax-related inquiries or issues. - Prepare and compile financial reports in accordance with the regulatory requirements set by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or other related work experience – preference will be given to those who have prior experience in Finance task
Excellent analytical ability
Flexible and able to deliver results under tight deadlines (Time management)
Teamworking & Collaboration ability
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Work from Monday to Friday.
