Job Descriptions

- Oversee the development of production material plans based on production schedules, forecasts, and customer demand. - Ensure production planning comply with customer's requirement with regards to volume and schedules. - Work closely with the production team to align material availability with production needs. - Monitor and adjust material plans to accommodate changes in production volumes or schedules. - Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of required materials, avoiding production delays. - Communicate material shortages or critical needs to the procurement team and suppliers to expedite orders. - Collaborate with production managers to ensure that material requirements align with production schedules. - Analyze potential production issues due to material shortages or delays and develop solutions to prevent disruptions. - Implement best practices in production material planning to support the company’s goals of on-time delivery, cost reduction, and waste minimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business management / Administration / Logistic or related field.
Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
Over 3 years of experience in production planning and material control within the manufacturing industry.
Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
Excellent communication abilities
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Chinese or English, both written and spoken
Ability to use self-initiative and be able to work well under pressure
