Job Descriptions
- รับผิดชอบงานสรรหา วิเคราะห์ ประเมินพื้นที่ทำเลเพื่อการขยายสาขาตามแผนที่ได้รับมอบหมาย - วิเคราะห์ธุรกิจและการลงทุนร่วมกับทีมบริหารธุรกิจขององค์กร - จัดเตรียมข้อมูลการเจรจาต่อรอง ตรวจสอบข้อมูลดำเนินการสัญญาเช่า - พิจารณาพื้นที่ นำเสนอการดัดแปลงใช้สอบพื้นที่ให้เหมาะสม - วางแผนทำ Project Management และ Action Plan ต่างๆ รวมถึงรายงานผล - ประสานงานช่วยเหลือฝ่ายพัฒนาธุรกิจในการดำเนินการ Project ต่างๆ ในองค์กร - ประสานงานระหว่างทีมและบุคคลภายนอกเพื่อรับผิดชอบ Project ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับ ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบเท่า
  2. ประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในงานที่ใช้ทักษะการจัดการ / การวิเคราะห์ / การค้าขาย
  3. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานสำรวจ วิเคราะห์ จัดหาพื้นที่ทำเลในการขยายสาขา อย่างน้อย 1 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
  4. มีทักษะในการจัดการ การวางแผน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
  5. มีความสนใจในด้านการค้าขาย และติดตามความเปลี่ยนแปลงในด้านธุรกิจการค้าขายเป็นประจำ
  6. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีความรับผิดชอบ
  7. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
  8. สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ (Document, Google sheet, MS Excel)
  9. สามารถทำงานนอกเวลาได้ในกรณีที่มีความจำเป็นต่อหน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบ
  10. สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ และเดินทางสำรวจพื้นที่ต่างจังหวัดได้
  11. มีใบอนุญาตขับรถยนต์ หรือรถจักรยานยนต์
  12. สามารถใช้ภาษาไทยได้อย่างดีเยี่ยมทั้งการพูดและการเขียน, สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพื้นฐานการสื่อสารได้
