Job Descriptions

• Develop Hand Tools Business, Distribution strategy, and growth objectives including, but not limited to: New Distribution Partner Targets, New Product Commercialization, Sales Budget, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Promotional Planning • Ensure and foster cross department collaboration with Brand Marketing, Sales, JSS, Service, Supply Chain, and global marketing teams • Conduct field market & Competitive research for target professional trade users and applications to suggest new product opportunities, position products in market, and opportunities for distribution partner opportunities • Develop a commercial strategy for the Hand Tool business including: market & product research, competitive analysis, price positioning, forecasting, product messaging, Merchandising assets, marketing asset development, sales training, and after launch support • Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as necessary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field
8+ years of experience in Product Management or Sales of a relevant Hand Tool Supplier or Manufacturer
Deep market knowledge of the hand tools sector and the Thailand distribution landscape
Strong communication, leadership, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving and relationship building skills.
Practical minded with a technical/ mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge
Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within the tools or construction industry
Computer literacy e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.
Good command of English both written and spoken.
