Job Descriptions
- รับสาย/ตอบแชท ให้ข้อมูลผู้ที่เข้ามาสอบถามหรือมีข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- ให้บริการข้อมูล แก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- ประสานงานและรับเรื่องร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับบ้าน/คอนโด/ที่ดิน
- ทำงาน 5 วัน หยุด 2 วัน (สลับหยุด)
- เวลาเข้างาน : 08.00-17.00 /11.00-20.00
-ทำงานที่ ตึกDTGO บางนา (ใกล้ Mega Bangna)
- มีรถรับส่งBtsปุณวิถี/อุดมสุข
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information about services, and any customer needed.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on pending issues, requests, and complaints.
- Maintain a courteous, friendly, and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work in shifts (8:00-17:00 and 13:00-22:00).
