Job Descriptions
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods
• Oversee inventory control and stock management to maintain optimal stock levels
• Implement and monitor safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Hire, train, and manage a team of warehouse personnel, including supervisors and associates
• Analyze warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Assigning jobs and supervising the daily operation in the warehouse and logistic to make sure customer’s demand, internally and externally are well satisfied
• Collaborate with the logistics and transportation teams to optimize the supply chain
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- 10 years up of experience in a warehousing or logistics management role
- Experience in warehouse and logistics management systems such as WMS, ERP
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent inventory management and stock control expertise
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and data analysis
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in English and computer literate
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, safety standards and ISO systems
