Job Descriptions
1. Represent the Bloom company and products category with professionalism and enthusiasm. 2. Conduct cold-calling and/or store visits to identify and acquire new qualified leads. 3. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities. 4. Foster trust relationships with partners to achieve better pricing and quality of services 5. Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns. 7. Prepare and deliver bi-weekly reports on sales performance, market trends, challenges, and valuable insights. 8. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery. 9. Assist with product development team by generating ideas for product categories that may appeal to customers and boost company sales
Qualifications
  1. Experience in sales with a proven track record of outperforming competitors.
  2. Must be fluent in both Thai & English speaking skills.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, displaying the ability to build and maintain robust business relationships.
  4. Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills, with a history of consistently surpassing challenging sales targets.
  5. Inherent self-motivation and results-oriented approach, showcasing a killer instinct for identifying and seizing opportunities.
  6. Knowledge and passion for the cannabis industry, including an understanding of relevant regulations and market dynamics.
  7. Familiarity with Thai markets and a strong network of contacts within the local cannabis industry is a plus.
