Job Descriptions
- รายงานสต๊อกสินค้าประจำวัน (ผ่าน Excel) - จัดส่งสินค้า (แกร็บ, ไปรษณีย์ไทย, ผู้ซื้อระหว่างองค์กร เป็นต้น) - ตรวจสอบปริมาณสต๊อกสินค้าประจำเดือน - นำเข้าสินค้า : เตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการนำเข้า 1~2 ครั้งต่อเดือน - ขนกล่องสินค้าที่นำเข้าและจัดระเบียบในคลังสินค้า - เตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการขอคืนภาษีนำเข้าและส่งให้กรมศุลกากร - จัดการการสอบถามที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ อย. ไทย จากสำนักงานใหญ่ (เกาหลีใต้) (ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีความรู้ทางวิชาชีพ) - งานเฉพาะกิจ - Daily reports of stock items (via Excel) - Delivery (Grab, Post office, B2B buyer, etc.) - Monthly Stock Q'ty check - Import products : prepare documents for importing 1~2 times per month. - Carry cartons of imported products and organize in warehouse - Prepare documents for getting refund of importing duty and submit to Customs Dept. - Handling Thai FDA relevant Inquiry from Headquarters(South Korea). (don't need professional knowledge) - Ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
  1. การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านโลจิสติกส์ 2-5 ปี
  3. มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์
  4. มีทักษะด้านการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  5. การใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
  6. ขยันทำงานและทำงานหนักอย่างฉลาดและตรงประเด็น
  7. มีความบริหารจัดการเวลาได้ดี
  8. มีการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ
  9. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทการแพทย์/ความงาม/ยา/เครื่องสำอาง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
