Qualifications
- Support the sales team in daily operations, including preparing quotations, contracts, and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal departments and clients to facilitate ordering, delivery, and after-sales processes
- Monitor the status of orders, deliveries, and customer payments
- Maintain and update customer and sales data accurately and systematically
- Assist in document preparation and scheduling for meetings or customer presentations
- Perform preliminary sales data analysis and create summary reports for management
- Carry out other duties as assigned to support the achievement of the sales team’s goals
