Job Descriptions
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
- วางแผนการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับแผนงานของบริษัท
- ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ และตรงตามเวลาที่กำหนด
- บริหารทีมงานภายในไลน์การผลิต และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- ตรวจสอบเครื่องจักร และดูแลความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่การผลิต
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ เช่น QC, Maintenance, Warehouse
- รายงานผลการผลิตประจำวันต่อผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 25-40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรม, อุตสาหกรรม, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายการผลิตอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
- มีภาวะผู้นำสูง และสามารถบริหารทีมงานได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลา หรือทำงานเป็นกะได้
- มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
- **มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษอังกฤษจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ**
