Job Descriptions
1. Record Account Payable Voucher.
2. Reconcile vendor’s statement with AP voucher record in the system.
3. Coordinate with Oversea Vendors
4. Communicate with other departments to fix pricing issues or quantity received issues.
5. Support Month-End Closing Activities.
6. Ensure Compliance with Company Policies.
7. Basic knowledge of import-related documents such as Invoice, GRN, PO, and Bill of Lading
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Age 20-35 Y.
- 1-3 Years of experience in Account Payable field / accounting.
- Sex: Female
- Good command of English (written)
