Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: •Supervise and coordinate the activities of the quality control team. •Develop and implement inspection procedures, standards, and documentation. •Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. •Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). •Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits or certifications (ISO, GMP, etc.). •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and company policies. •Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues. •Prepare reports on quality metrics and performance. •Train and evaluate QC inspectors and staff on inspection techniques and quality systems. •Ensure that tools and equipment used for inspections are properly maintained and calibrated.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  3. At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  4. Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
  5. Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, etc.).
  6. Proficient in using quality tools
  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  8. Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  9. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  10. Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, quality management systems (QMS), and statistical software.
  11. Good command in English
