Job Descriptions

1. Possess the ability to design electrical systems and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and engineering practices. 2. Proficient in utilizing CAD software for the preparation of accurate and detailed electrical drawings. 3. Capable of designing and performing simulations for solar photovoltaic (PV) power generation systems. 4. Willing and able to accompany the sales team for on-site inspections, providingntechnical support and contributing to the preparation of client proposals and documentation. 5. Able to collaborate effectively with the sales team in coordinating with electric utility providers and government agencies, including the preparation and submission of necessary documentation. 6. Demonstrates a strong understanding and practical application of Ho-Ren-So (報・連・相: Houkoku – Reporting, Renraku – Informing, Soudan – Consulting) to ensure effective communication and teamwork. 7. Capable of coordinating with suppliers and overseeing the technical setup and readiness of project sites. 8. Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in the preparation and management of technical documents and related materials. 9. Able to evaluate power generation efficiency and verify system performance through monitoring tools and data analysis.

Qualifications

At least 25 years old
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Proactive and willing to take initiative in both team and independent tasks.
Knowledgeable in the solar energy industry, especially solar PV systems.
Skilled in using CAD and other relevant engineering software.
Fair to good command of the English language
Have a driving license
