Job Descriptions
1.รับผิดชอบการดำเนินงานและจัดการรายวันร้านค้าหลายแห่ง
2.คัดเลือกบุคลากรตามความเหมาะสม
3.ฝึกอบรมร้านค้าใหม่
4.ควบคุมดูแลแผนการทำงานของแต่ละร้านให้เป็นไปอย่างมีสิทธิภาพ
5.ควบคุมกำกับแผนการทำงานของแต่ละฝ่ายที่รับผิดชอบให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของบริษัทฯ
6.แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆให้เหมาะสม
Qualifications
- สื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ดีมาก HSK5-6
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการร้านค้าอย่างน้อย1ถึง3ปี
