Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate welding and packing operations during the assigned shift. - Lead and mentor a team of welding and packing staff to meet daily production targets. - Analyze production data and identify areas to improve welding efficiency, reduce manpower usage, and increase output. - Work closely with the Production Manager to introduce new welding techniques, tools, or automation solutions. - Troubleshoot welding process issues and ensure prompt resolution to minimize downtime. - Prepare shift reports, update production records, and provide feedback to management. Working Conditions: •Full-time, shift-based schedule (day/night rotation every two weeks). •Manufacturing environment with welding robots. •PPE provided and mandatory in specific working areas.
Qualifications
  1. Technical Diploma in Welding Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of hands-on welding experience in an industrial or automotive environment.
  3. At least 4 years in a supervisory or team leader role within a production setting.
  4. Strong knowledge of robot welding processes, jigs & Fixtures, and basic welding metaullurgy.
  5. Able to communicate in English effectively
  6. Experience with productivity tools such as lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or Six Sigma would be a plus.
  7. Good communication skills; able to communicate effectively with Thai-speaking operators and report to a non-Thai-Speaking (Italian) manager in English.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward process improvement.
