Job Descriptions
1.Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (e.g., ISO 9001,IATF16949 ), ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. 2.Develop and implement inspection standards, work instructions (WI), and Quality Control Plans (QC Plan). 3.Handle customer complaints and internal quality issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 4.Participate in new product introduction (NPI) by evaluating quality requirements before mass production. 5.Manage supplier quality, including supplier evaluation, incoming material inspection, and continuous improvement. 6.Monitor in-process quality performance and collaborate with production to reduce defect rates. 7.Prepare quality-related documents such as PPAP, 8D reports, inspection records, and audit documents. 8.Support iternal and external audits, including customer and third-party audits. 9.Train operators and inspectors on quality standards, procedures, and tools. 10.Support continuous improvement activities, including Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives.รทำงาน
Qualifications
  1. More than 2 years experience QA in the manufacturing industry
  2. Experience with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949
  3. Experienced in using the 7 QC tools
