Job DescriptionsWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative Manager to join our team in the fast-paced world of global financial trading. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing sales pipelines, and delivering exceptional service to traders and investors across various regions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support account growth, improve customer engagement, and drive long-term revenue success in a highly competitive financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Building Relationships: Make outbound calls and connect with new customers to grow sales for the company’s products/services.
• Addressing Customer Needs: Listen to customers and offer them the best solutions or alternatives to meet their needs.
• Account Opening: Guide customers with account opening through the right communication channels.
• Using Tools and Insights: Use available tools and reports to plan activities that boost sales effectively.
• Following Sales Process: Follow the steps and methods laid out for each sales opportunity when interacting with customers.
• Analyze user activity and follow up with inactive clients to uncover the causes of disengagement and reinitiate interaction.
• Proactive Communication: Approach customer to sort out payment-related issues.
• Handling Queries and Complaints: Deal with any questions or complaints customers have about our products/services.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance through proactive outreach, account opening, and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with using CRM tools, sales dashboards, and reporting systems to plan and monitor performance.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections, complaints, and payment-related issues in a professional manner.
- Able to manage a sales pipeline, prfioritize tasks, and follow structured sales processes effectively.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused, with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken. (Additional languages such as Chinese are a plus.)
