Job Descriptions
Working hour: Mon – Fri 8.00-17.00 Responsibilities • Seeking out new sales opportunities and reaching sales targets. • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. • Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions. • Conduct market research to identify potential customers. • Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their needs in Horeca business. • Present and demonstrate products or services effectively. • Negotiate contracts and close deals. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets. • Provide feedback from customers to improve products or services and/ or suggest NPD. • Working with Sales team and coordinating with sales manager.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in sales or a related role.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  4. Knowledge of CRM and sales techniques.
  5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  6. Age: 23 – 30 years old
  7. Bachelor's degree or higher (any field)
  8. At least 2 years of experience
  9. Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
  10. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
  11. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  12. Ability to travel or own a personal vehicle
