Job Descriptions
About the Role: We are looking for a Finance Operation Officer to join our team. This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals, including new graduates eager to start their finance careers. Key Responsibilities: - Verify financial data input for accuracy. - Reconcile financial data with company systems and bank statements. - Issue and send invoices/receipts to suppliers. - Liaise with banks for transactions. - Ensure compliance with financial practices. - File AP, PV, and related documents timely. - Assist with month-end closing activities.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  2. 1-5 years of finance experience; new graduates welcome.
  3. Fast learner, active, and able to work under pressure.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  5. Team player with adaptability.
  6. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:30-17:30 (Onsite at Soi Phetchaburi 35)
