Job Descriptions
•ให้บริการและตอบคำถามลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ เช่น โทรศัพท์ อีเมลล์ แชท
•รับเรื่องร้องเรียน แก้ไขปัญหา และติดตามผลให้ลูกค้าได้รับความพึงพอใจ
•ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้บริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
เวลางาน: ทำงาน 5 วัน หยุด 2 วันติดกัน วันหยุดไม่ตรงเสาร์อาทิตย์ แต่จะได้หยุดเป็นวันอื่นๆแทน เช่น ตารางงาน อาทิตย์ถึงพฤหัส จะได้หยุด ศุกร์กับเสาร์
กะ: 9.00-18.00/13.00-22.00/14.00-23.00/22.00-7.00
สวัสดิการ
- KPI Allowance 1,000 THB/Month
- Attendance Allowance 750 THB/Month

Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาจากสาขาใดก็ได้
- ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่
- งานไม่ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ
- มีใจรักงานบริการ
- ทำงานเข้ากะได้
