Job Descriptions
1. บริหารจัดการงานด้านธุรการ-งานจัดซื้อทั่วไป
2. วางแผนการทำงาน และควบคุมงานธุรการ-งานจัดซื้อทั่วไป
3. ควมคุมดูแลงาน และจัดเก็บงานด้านเอกสารสำคัญขององค์กร
4. ตรวจสอบงาน ควบคุม ดูแล และจัดทำ งานทรัพย์สินบริษัทฯ, สัญญาต่างๆ ,สัญญาเช่า, ประกันภัย, ยานพาหนะ
5. ติดต่อประสานงานหน่วยงานราชการ, หน่วยงานเอกชน และหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ด้านเอกสารที่เกี่ยวกับงานในองค์กร งานชุมชน
6. งานบริการสำนักงาน โรงงาน งานสาธารณูปโภค
7. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
8. วางแผนจัดและจัดระบบงาน
9 บริหารทีมงาน
10. ติดต่อประสานงาน
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขี้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการทั่วไป หรืออื่นๆ
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งงานหัวหน้าแผนกธุรการ หรือจัดซื้อทั่วไปอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังฤฤษหรือภาษาจีนได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้เบื้องต้นด้านกฏหมายทั่วไป
