Job Descriptions
🔧 Responsibilities Lead and implement ICT & telecommunication projects, ensuring timely delivery and minimal service disruption. Coordinate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful system integration. Troubleshoot complex network, hardware, and software issues with root cause analysis and preventive measures. Ensure all systems meet performance, security, and regulatory compliance standards. Maintain detailed technical documentation and regularly report project status and network performance. Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, translating complex information into actionable insights. Enforce QHSE standards and monitor subcontractor compliance and performance. 🎯 Performance Goals Effective coordination to meet client requirements. Alignment with organizational goals in project management and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s in Telecommunications or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years in telecom installation.
  3. Technical knowledge in telecom systems
  4. Telecom installation expertise, Troubleshooting and optimization.
  5. Attention to detail and client service orientation.
  6. Willing to work upcountry.
  7. Able to work under pressure.
