Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบระเบียบการบริหารจัดการร้าน รวมถึงหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของแต่ละตำแหน่ง และการปฏิบัติให้บริการตามที่กำหนด 2.กำกับดูแลและประสานงานกิจกรรมการดำเนินงานประจำวันของร้าน หากพบปัญหาให้รายงานต่อผู้จัดการทั่วไปทันที พร้อมดำเนินมาตรการที่จำเป็นเพื่อแก้ไข 3.รับผิดชอบในการจัดระเบียบและประสานงานในฝ่ายงานธุรกิจของร้าน หากพบปัญหาให้แก้ไขทันที เมื่อเกิดปัญหาสำคัญให้รายงานต่อผู้จัดการทั่วไป พร้อมนำเสนอแผนการแก้ไขปัญหาเพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลประกอบการตัดสินใจ 4.ตรวจสอบและกำกับดูแลการดำเนินงานประจำวัน คุณภาพการบริการ การแต่งกาย และวินัยในการทำงานของร้านให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่ร้านกำหนด 5.เสนอแนะข้อเสนอที่เหมาะสมเกี่ยวกับแผนระยะยาวและแผนประจำปีของร้านตามที่ผู้จัดการทั่วไปกำหนด รวมทั้งให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับตลาดท่องเที่ยวและนโยบายการบริหารจัดการร้าน เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลสำหรับผู้จัดการทั่วไปใช้พิจารณา
Qualifications
  1. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ ระดับ HSK 5 ขึ้นไป
  2. 懂中文，HSK5级及以上
  3. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและการประสานงานดีเยี่ยม
  4. 沟通协调能力强
  5. อายุระหว่าง 22–35 ปี
  6. 年龄 22-35岁
  7. 有门店运营管理经验或餐饮行业相关工作经验
  8. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารร้านค้าหรือมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในธุรกิจอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม
  9. หากเคยศึกษาที่ประเทศจีน หรือเคยทำงานในบริษัทจีน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  10. 有中国留学经验或在中国企业工作经验优先
  11. เริ่มงานได้ทันที
  12. 可随时上岗
