Quality Control (QC): -Conduct regular inspections and testing of cannabis plants during cultivation and post-harvest stages (drying, trimming, packaging). -Monitor environmental parameters (e.g., humidity, temperature, pest control) to ensure ideal growing conditions. -Sample and test for moisture content, mold, and other critical quality attributes post-harvest. -Perform weight, labeling, and packaging verifications. -Identify and report non-conformities and assist in root cause investigations. Quality Assurance (QA): -Develop and maintain SOPs and quality records for cultivation and post-harvest activities. -Ensure compliance with internal QA standards, GACP, GMP, and relevant regulatory bodies (e.g., Thai FDA, Control Union). -Oversee training programs to ensure all team members follow QA protocols. -Participate in internal audits and readiness for third-party inspections. -Work cross-functionally with Cultivation, Post-Harvest, and Compliance Teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in QA/QC.
Experience in QA/QC for medical cannabis, pharmaceutical, or agricultural industries will be given special consideration
Understanding of GACP/GMP standards and regulatory compliance.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a highly controlled environment and maintain accurate records.
Good communication skills in Thai and/or English.
