Job Descriptions
- รับเอกสารใบขอซื้อจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ - ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้ขาย ผู้รับจ้างช่วง เพื่อขอรายละเอียดสินค้า - ออกเอกสารใบสั่งซื้อ /ส่งใบสั่งซื้อต้นฉบับและเอกสารแนบต่างๆ/ ส่งสำเนาใบสั่งซื้อให้หน่วยงานต่างๆ - ติดตามและประสานงานกับผู้ขาย ผู้รับจ้างช่วง - สรรหาผู้ขาย ผู็รับจ้างช่วงรายใหม่ - ประเมิน Audit Supplier - ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านจัดซื้อ อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
  4. ใช้โปรแกรม Express , ERP ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีทักษะด้านภาษาจีน พูด อ่าน เขียน ได้เป็นอย่าง
  6. มีความขยัน อดทน มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีและพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่
  7. ทำงานภายใต้ภาวะแรงกดดันได้ดี มีความรับผิดชอบในงานที่มอบหมาย มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
  8. ขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์
  9. สะดวกในการเดินทาง (บริษัทไม่มีรถรับส่ง)
  10. พร้อมเริ่มงานทันที พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
