หน้าที่หลัก (Key Responsibilities)
วางกลยุทธ์การตลาดระยะสั้นและระยะยาว
สร้าง Marketing Roadmap ที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของแต่ละแบรนด์
วางแผน Growth Strategy ทั้งช่องทาง Offline / Online / B2B / Global
กำกับและบริหารทีมการตลาด
บริหารทีม Brand Manager, Content, Design, Social Media, Campaign
ควบคุม Budget การตลาดให้ใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
สร้างและกำกับภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ (Brand Identity & Positioning)
สร้างความแตกต่างและชัดเจนของแต่ละแบรนด์ให้เหมาะกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
คุม Mood & Tone / Brand Voice / Key Visual ร่วมกับ Creative ทีม
วางแผนแคมเปญและกลยุทธ์การสื่อสาร (Integrated Marketing Campaign)
วางแผนแคมเปญใหญ่ประจำปี (เทศกาล, สินค้าใหม่, โปรโมชั่น)
ทำแผนการสื่อสาร 360 องศา: Website, Social, Line, Email, PR
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อปรับปรุงผลลัพธ์ (Performance Marketing)
ใช้ข้อมูลจาก Social Ads / Google / CRM / Sales ในการปรับกลยุทธ์
วาง Dashboard วัดผล ROI ของแต่ละช่องทาง
พัฒนาความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจ (Partnership & Expansion)
สร้างความร่วมมือกับแบรนด์อื่น / มหาวิทยาลัย / อินฟลูเอนเซอร์
ขยายตลาดใหม่ เช่น เกาหลี (diiver.kr), งานแฟร์, กลุ่มลูกค้าองค์กร
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Marketing Manager / Director 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- เคยดูแลแบรนด์หลายแบรนด์พร้อมกัน (multi-brand experience เป็นข้อได้เปรียบ)
- เข้าใจทั้ง Branding และ Performance Marketing
- คิดเชิงกลยุทธ์แต่ลงมือปฏิบัติได้จริง
- ชอบวางแผน เติบโตกับทีม
