Job Descriptions1.Lead the end-to-end store setup process for new openings, renovations, and relocations across all store formats—including flagship, boutique, kiosk, and pop-up models.
2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including store design, construction, operations, visual merchandising, IT, and supply chain to ensure timely and seamless store readiness.
3.Manage the fit-out timeline and ensure all key activities—construction, fixture installation, merchandising, asset setup, and staff onboarding—are completed before launch.
4.Conduct comprehensive site readiness checks, pre-opening inspections, and checklist validations to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational functionality.
5.Act as the main point of contact for store setup-related issues, proactively resolving on-site problems and escalating critical risks to management when necessary.
6.Adapt store layouts and setup plans in real-time to accommodate site-specific needs and format variations, while maintaining EVEANDBOY’s brand identity and design standards.
7.Monitor and control pre-opening budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality or timeline.
8.Coordinate closely with external stakeholders including contractors, vendors, landlords, and mall management throughout the setup phase.
9.Develop, update, and enforce store setup checklists, SOPs, and post-opening performance evaluation reports.
10.Maintain and manage the master store opening calendar, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and readiness levels to senior stakeholders.
11.Provide hands-on training to new Shop Managers, supporting them in understanding operational standards, customer service, merchandising, and team leadership.
12.Troubleshoot on-site challenges with agility, making prompt, effective decisions to ensure successful and timely store openings.
