Job Descriptions
1.โอนเงินผ่านระบบ Internet Banking , ติดต่อประสานงานกับทางธนาคาร , เก็บหลักฐานการฝากและถอนเงินจากธนาคารและรวบรวมเอกสารส่งต่อให้ฝ่ายบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2. บันทึกรายการทางการเงินทั้งหมดในระบบบัญชี เช่น รายการรับ-จ่าย, รายการซื้อ-ขาย, รายการเงินเดือน, รายการภาษี.  3. จัดทำเอกสารประจำวันและประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4. กระทบยอดบัญชีธนาคารและการบันทึกรายการที่เกี่ยวข้อง 5. บันทึกและจัดเตรียมเอกสารและยื่นแบบภาษี (ภ.ง.ด.1, 3, 53, ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย) 6. บันทึกและตรวจสอบใบกำกับภาษีซื้อ และใบกำกับภาษีขายให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน ตามหลักเกณฑ์ภาษี และจัดทำรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และแบบยื่นรายการภาษี (ภพ.30,ภพ.36) 7. บันทึกและยื่นภาษีธุรกิจเฉพาะ (แบบ ภ.ธ.40) 8. จัดทำและนำส่งงบการเงิน รวมทั้งรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน เพื่อส่งให้ผู้สอบบัญชี (Auditor) 9. ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานด้านบัญชีอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี ขึ้นไป
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีการเงิน 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป 
  3. มีความรู้และทักษะในการใช้งาน MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) 
  4. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการบัญชีให้เป็นไปตามหลักการบัญชี และมาตรฐานการบัญชีที่รับรองทั่วไป และความรู้ความเข้าใจกฎหมายภาษีอากรเป็นอย่างดี 
  5. มีความรับผิดชอบ ความแม่นยำ ความละเอียดรอบคอบ 
  6. มีสามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะเร่งด่วน และวางแผนการทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 
  7. มีไหวพริบปฏิภาณ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  8. หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในสำนักงานบัญชี หรือ Audit จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
