Job Descriptions
1. Lead the development team in designing, building, testing, and deploying high-quality web applications.
2. Write clean, maintainable code using Next.js, Go, and C#.NET
3. Design and develop RESTful APIs for internal and external integration
4. Manage code repositories using Git, and ensure best practices through code reviews
5. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments
6. Utilize Docker for environment management and container-based deployment
7. Administer Oracle and MS SQL Server databases and optimize their performance
8. Deploy and manage services on AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, IAM)
9. Mentor and coach team members while promoting a culture of continuous improvement
10. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with QA, DevOps, and stakeholders
11. (Optional) Explore and apply basic AI/ML concepts where applicable
Qualifications
- Proficient in Next.js, Go, and C#.NET
- Strong experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, RDS)
- Experienced in API development, CI/CD, and Docker
- Skilled in database administration for Oracle and SQL Server
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience mentoring team members and managing development workflows
- Good communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts is an advantage
- Experience in the software development industry at least 5 years
- Experience with .Net, C#, Oracle database, SQL server, Windows server, Linux, Cystal Report, API
