Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement production plans to ensure timely and efficient output. - Monitor and evaluate production performance to meet quality and safety standards. - Analyze production data and provide regular reports to management. - Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions. - Lead, train, and motivate the production team to ensure high performance. - Oversee the maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineer, Production Engineer, Polymer Engineering or related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, especially in automotive industry.
  3. At least 5 years of experience as a Production Manager.
  4. At least 3 years of experience with non-woven products and applications is required.
  5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle high-pressure working conditions.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Good command of English and computer literacy.
  9. Familiarity with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
