เป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการและที่ปรึกษาด้านการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรังและผู้ที่ฟอกไต วางแผนและพัฒนาระบบการพยาบาลในหน่วยไตเทียมให้มีประสิทธิภาพและปลอดภัย ควบคุมมาตรฐานการพยาบาล รวมถึงการใช้เครื่อง Hemodialysis และแนวทางควบคุมการติดเชื้อ ฝึกอบรม และให้คำปรึกษาทางคลินิกแก่พยาบาลและบุคลากรในทีม ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของการรักษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการดูแลผู้ป่วย ประสานงานกับแพทย์ และทีมสหวิชาชีพเพื่อวางแผนการดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบองค์รวม
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย - หญิง
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีพยาบาลศาสตร์
  3. มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพพยาบาล
  4. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในหน่วยไตเทียมอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  5. มีความสามารถในการใช้เครื่อง Hemodialysis และรู้ขั้นตอนการดูแลผู้ป่วยฟอกไต
  6. มีความเข้าใจในมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ การควบคุมคุณภาพ และระบบสุขภาพ
  7. มีทักษะการเป็นผู้นำ และสามารถบริหารจัดการงานในคลินิกหรือศูนย์ไตเทียมได้
