Job Descriptions
MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB: Control the quality performance of the product and detect any abnormal which non-compliance before delivery. Enhance the work efficiency in term of quality amendment and ensure that product characters meet specifications. Monitor the inspection activities, including the detection of substandard products, data analysis and problem solving. Support and resolve customer claim, manage and evaluate the quality capabilites of suppliers. Main Responsibilities ; 1. Receive customer complaints, liaise with relevant departments to respond to customers in a timely manner. Take lead to find solution to prevent problems from re-occurring including data analysis like 8D report 2.Perform ,First Article qualification, System ,Process audit ,Supplier evaluation and follow up Supplier corrective action. 3.Monitors implementation of QA processes and plans (Inspection Test Plans and Quality Control Plans) 4 .Control the inspection of products during production and before delivery to customers. 5. Train QA employees to develop their skills, knowledge, and ability to judge problems in accordance with customer requirements. 6. Summary of inspection results of during production and before delivery and report to Mgr. on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. 7.Leading quality meetings with relevant related parties 8. Improve and develop inspection methods to increase productivity to deliver to customers on time. 9.Reviews documentation and resolves identified issues 10.Review and approve the results of inspection during the process and before delivery
Qualifications
  1. Male/Female Age. 30-45 years
  2. Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  3. Training cerificate of ISO9001, 14001, 45001, IATF16949
  4. More than 5 years of working experience in overall Quality Assurance responsibility.
  5. More than 3 years of working experience as QE, SQE, CQE
  6. Proficient in using various office software, with strong interpersonal communication skills and document writing skills.
  7. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
  8. Ability to make decisions and perform duties with positive moral values such as integrity, responsibility, self-discipline, humility, and cooperation
  9. Able to work under pressure
