Job Descriptions
1. ติดต่อประสานงานภายใน-ภายนอกบริษัทฯ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
2. งานธุรการต่างๆ เช่น ดูแลแม่บ้าน คนสวน รปภ
3. เบิก-จ่ายวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง , อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน, ชุดยูนิฟอร์ม และอื่นๆ
4. แจ้งซ่อมอุปกรณ์ และ อาคารต่างๆ รวมถึงติดตามงานแจ้งซ่อม
5. ดูแลและควบคุมงาน Pet Control /ฉีดพ่นฆ่าเชื้อ โรงงานดอนเมืองและโรงงานวังน้อย
6. ดำเนินการต่ออายุสัญญาต่างๆ
7. รายงานสรุปค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ของธุรการ ประจำเดือน / ประจำปี
8. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ทุกเพศ อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
- ้วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส - ปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการ หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office Word, Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีประสบการณ์งานธุรการ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้
- ทำงานวันจันทร์ - เสาร์ (08.00-17.00 น.)
